To work out an original team building concept to reveal creative potential of the employees.

Concept
FIRST MOBILE TELEVISION.
All participants were divided into groups - creative specialist groups of four leading mobile TV channels. The task for each channel was to create and shoot stories during the day the night news broadcast. In their work team members were accompanied by instructors and professional cameramen who helped the teams in creating the impression of a real TV shooting.

TV NEWS SHOW. STAND-UP.
Team members could not only take part in news making like professional actors, but also become directors, script writers, make-up men. Positive and creative potential of the teams resulted into four news broadcasts, which were edited and showed at gala-dinner. Entertaining program also contained Stand-up show.
