Concept
RESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS.
The concept of the event was based on a fierce and uncompromising confrontation in the field of humor between parties of residents and their guests. Every day from morning till late at night the parties struggled for electors' votes and for victory in different competitions. The parties were headed by Comedy Club and Comedy Woman residents.

UNUSUAL CONTESTS. RESIDENTS` CONCERTS.
The guests took part in unusual competitions getting mandates to participate in the elections. The elections were held at the last concert; a representative of the fair sex - participant of Comedy Woman - was elected Resident of the Russian Federation there.
