In commemoration to anniversary of the company. To hold three parts in the context of one event: conference about launching of a new product, quest with the story of superheroes and smorgasbord.

ELVEES NEOTEK – ON THE GUARD OF SAFETY!

Elvees NeoTek is helping superheroes with the safety of the world by the developing of security systems. That’s why the history of superheroes was taken as a main concept, under the teambuilding was organized quest with entertaining venues that were training places of heroes. Every venue is a step that symbolized different skills, and when workers had gone through it, they proved that they have special characteristics that are needed for being superheroes. The ending part of teambuilding was a building of the superhero fireball and supercar raceway.

ONE WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT ALL WORKERS HAVE GOT AN INDIVIDUAL ON-LINE INVITATIONS.

As a part of teaser campaign the whole office was decorated with posters in style of comics with the images of superheroes that are in a hurry to the anniversary of the company. Stickers-bubbles were mounted on mirrored surface with creative inscription from the first face. The tent that was a venue for conference and for smorgasbord has “revived”  in the end of evening thanks to the artistic configuration of the light and it became in a real banquet hall across the forest.
