ORGANIZE THE RUSSIAN FORUM "YOUTH COSSACK CIRCLE"
where participants could discuss the development of innovative projects for Cossack youth, the activities of youth Cossack organizations, the role of Cossack youth in the development of the system of continuous Cossack education.

Concept
COSSACK CIRCLE IS A TRADITIONAL FORM OF MEETING AND COMMUNICATION OF COSSACKS FOR SOLVING ANY IMPORTANT ISSUES.
At the forum the participants discussed issues related to strengthening and developing the spiritual and moral foundations of the Russian Cossacks, carrying out military service, the prospects of youth organizations, and so on.

social, educational, cultural, historical, informational and other projects. The winners were announced at the plenary session of the II Russian Forum "Youth Cossack Circle".
